• Due to hygiene and safety concerns, no product return is available. Our production lines are monitored strictly to ensure hygiene and safety. Unfortunately, if you have received a damaged or flaw product, please contact our customer services immediately to arrange a refund or redeliver.

Use a little bit of soap and tap water to clean it, you may also iron the mask cover with low temperature. Do not use strong detergents or hot water to prevent damaging the fibre. Let it dry under the sun before using.

The multi-purpose mask /cover can be cleaned approximately 100 times before losing its function. However, it depends on how you wash it as well.
